Welcome to Quiy Tech Solutions Limited ("Quiy", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our platform, websites, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Quiy provides eCommerce enablement services including online storefronts, Mobile Money and card payment integrations, last-mile delivery integrations, and business management tools.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
3. Fees & Payment
Service fees are listed in USD and payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
5. Intellectual Property
All Quiy software, designs, and content remain our property. You retain rights to your business content, granting Quiy a license to host and process it as needed to deliver the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Quiy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala.
