Eligibility
- Setup services: refundable in full within 7 days if work has not started.
- Subscriptions: prorated refund within the first 14 days of a new billing cycle.
- Custom development: refundable for unstarted milestones only.
Non-refundable
Third-party fees (payment processors, hosting), completed deliverables, and domain registration costs are non-refundable.

Email billing@quiy.co.ug with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
